Upgrade Libvirt up to 0.9.1 generates new bug with Virt-Manager. It becomes to impossible to install new guest say on /dev/sda7, if currently /dev/sda7 contains some boot able image. Virt-Manager always loads from disk, ignoring attached installation CD
