Binary package hint: freevo

Ubuntu 11.04:   Freevo 1.9.0-10ubuntu installed from Synaptic.  Appears
as installed  in Applications > Sound & Video.  Will not start up.
Software removed and then reinstalled in Software Manager. Same outcome.
