It may be marked fixed, but this bit me today doing an apt-get dist- upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 with freshly downloaded packages.
Oh, and of course /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pango/ should be /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pango/ for 32 bit systems.
