Would /var/log/kern.log or dmesg contain any significant information after a failed boot? The only way for me to do this would be to reinstall network-manager and reboot. I would then get the crash and would be forced to power the box down physically with the hard button and boot into recovery mode to retrieve the log. The screen shot is not possible the only way for me to do this would be to take a picture with a camera. I doubt it will help seeing as how the BUG# differs each time.
