I believe I have the same bug. After the dumping this to dmesg, the
system will freeze any process trying to access the drive. The system
has been running stable for 4+months with 10.10 but started crashing a
couple of minutes after booting up with 11.04.

Using the old 10.10 kernel with the upgraded system seems stable.
