What do you mean "misconfigured"? What's misconfigured about it? I turned off logging, made doing so no difference in the CPU behavior I described in my bug. Regardless, how can turning on logging be a misconfiguration?
I disabled UFW so no firewall was on, but this also did not change the CPU behavior described in my bug report. I have read the wikis on UFW.
