I think this bug causes a strange behaviour of the launcher too:
- Do the steps to reproduce this bug (or work for some time with unity and
mulitple programs ;-) ).
- Go to a workspace (which seems to be) without any open program windows.
--> The launcher hides for no noticeable reason.
Consequences: You think its an inconsistent behaviour of autohiding in the
launcher. --> annoying.
Explanation: Due to the default 2x2 alignment of Workspaces in Unity, with this
"wrap around feature" (I don't know the right name, but its the "when window
overlaps the right border of the most right workspace, it appears on the left"
thing) A window can "move" some pixels , from the left side coming, under the
Launcher and it does autohide.
