Btw. debian got a bug report for this problem years ago http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=265265 and thought it was fixed, but it isn't. I just checked that their problem is still there and opened a new bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=630890
