This affects Clementine, which by default hides itself in the system
tray when the user closes the window.  In Unity, once Clementine is
hidden there is no obvious way to get it back (even starting the
application again doesn't work), and users will think Clementine is
crashing or not working.

I suspect there are other third party apps with the same behaviour.
