This bug is for usual xUbuntu users so for now im solving with removing configs. its 10.04 so its LTS witch means anyway problem needs programmed solution. problem isnt with some file. problem that users somehow managed to get some config 2nd time stuck on someking settings. im guessing maybe restarting while OO is open? maybe on not beeing closed it messes up config. couse on config .openoffice folder removing all worked.
