Other way to make a workaround is to activate the compiz fusion icon in the unity's top bar systray. I activate all the icons with this command:
gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist "['all']" I restarted and the compiz fusion icon is now in the systray in the top bar of unity.
