Did anybody find a workaround for this issue? I can confirm the bug for latest version of libreoffice in 11.04 from ppa (1:3.3.2-1ubuntu6~ppa1 ). The same problem arises when creating an .eps figure, which is included into a latex document. This is due to latex converting the .eps to a .pdf file then containing the pixel-sized dots.
