This documentation doesn't apply in this case, because Xfce translations
aren't redone in launchpad, we directly take the upstream ones. The
original reporter is already one of the Xfce translators, so no need to
send it to him. I told him to file the bugs this way. So it's fine as it
is, thanks.

(Sorry if I was a bit harsh, but I'm getting tired of this documentation
which is often wrong for various reasons, e.g. because it focuses on
main packages, and xfce is in universe... It should be explicitly added
to it: "do not follow blindly this broken doc and ask more experienced
bug triagers, or the team responsible for this package set, e.g. ask
charlie-tca for xubuntu ;-)")
