A new element, I manage to get the sound back : killall pulseaudio pulseaudio -D
In fact, as I kill pulseaudio I have a very few time before the process being re-launched (I don't know why, I don't know by who). The sound works again only if pulseaudio is launched by me (as the current user) during this moment.
