Please sync libcairo-perl 1.070-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu change is to disable tests because it ftbfs, now Debian
package includes a patch to fix this issue, and package builds
well in Oneiric pbuilder chroot.
