The error is no logger here. With my Feisty clean install the problem was fixed. I think it had something to do with my sesson and how it loaded things... it waited for this program to time out... gnome-wm-sm-client-id default if I killed that before it timed out... everything worked just fine. I was running beryl and some freaky setting with the sessions must have gotten mixed up. I am cool with you closing this bug. It has been resolved.
