Public bug reported:

This is at the bottom of my /etc/sysctl.conf

net.ipv6.conf.all.use_tempaddr = 2
net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.use_tempaddr = 2
net.ipv6.conf.eth0.use_tempaddr = 2
net.ipv6.conf.eth1.use_tempaddr = 2

Yet, after a reboot:
$ sysctl net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.use_tempaddr
net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.use_tempaddr = 0
$ sysctl net.ipv6.conf.eth0.use_tempaddr
net.ipv6.conf.eth0.use_tempaddr = 2

then as root:
# sysctl net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.use_tempaddr=2
net.ipv6.conf.wlan0.use_tempaddr = 2

This is on Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit. This behaviour does not happen on Ubuntu
10.10 32 bit.
