I cannot check what version I was running, but I just now reproduced
the issue on an installation with 3.8.10 and 3.8.14, I will update and
report again.

It happens only with autohide launcher, and I have been able to
reproduce it with netBeans docks, not other draggables (my bad for not
checking it thoroughly in the first place). It does't affect me anymore
as I have disabled autohide but I just wanted to report the issue.

It seems that hitting alt+f2 and running unity --replace fixes things
without need for a reboot.
