PCI:4:0:0 is the second GPU. Another problem I am having, is that the primary GPU on the card is probed incorrectly, when I reinstall or boot a live cd. PCI:4:0:0 is the GPU probed as the primary, I have manually change my xorg.conf to PCI:5:0:0 to see anything on the screen.
