Agree with #3. If a clean install (e.g. 11.04) includes Compiz then it
is very strange to also ship a keyboard shortcuts manager that is unable
to affect the shortcuts that Compiz respects. The but may well be in the
packaging of Ubuntu without CCSM or in the old/Metacity shortcut
manager, but overall the user experience is that there is a bug
somewhere.
