I can reproduce the behaviour, it appears everytime something is
dragged.
This might be a feature, it is possible to drag an Directory from
Desktop to the Trashbin (in the launcher). Nevertheless there is no
action possible with a dragged text in the launcher. This action shout
be implemented or the behaviour shout be changed.
