Also affected here, just installed natty 11.04 64bit and noticed this bug happened almost right away on firefox 5. I also noticed the dock does not span the whole height of my external monitor, only the hight of my laptop lcd which has a lower resolution. Using nvidia drivers that came from ubuntu, on a twinview cloned external monitor.
