Chris, thanks: in that case my question is how to "make it work".  Is
there a staging install somewhere;  is it a case of loading something
locally (is there a bzr tree somewhere to populate the content).

Sorry for the dumb questions; c.2003 was the last time I themed/skinned
a MoinMoin install and my memory has faded on the practicalities.

If I just brand the theme at:

  https://launchpad.net/canonical-isd-web/light-wiki-theme

and blind-update the logo image and name, is that going to be enough to
get things deployed or is there a better way to do the verification?
