The implementation of Firefox Preferences > Downloads > View & Edit Actions appears to be highly flawed. It surely shouldn't be blank by default, as that makes for a very confusing user interface. Installing mozplugger adds FLI, QTL, RGB, and SGL files to the list, which probably doesn't help much.
