If it's not a bug, it's quite hard to know how to process it. It might be worth making a list and contacting manufacturers of Nvidia Tegra-based machines and telling them that you'd really like to buy a system running Ubuntu and Unity. If you're also able to give them a rough-idea of the sort of specification that you'd interested and how much you'd like to spend on it they'd probably be in a better position to know what you're after in particular.
