Public bug reported:

I am running:

Thunderbird 5, lightning 1.0b4, provider for Microsoft exchange 0.15,
LookOut 1.2.12. running Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit

Refresh doesn't work that well, if at all. From the screenshot, I have
2 calendar appointments I made between 2-5am on July 19. They appear in
the events area, but they don't appear on the actual calendar. You can
see July 19 is highlighted in the upper-left corner.

I created the events by right-clicking on July 19 column and I went from
there.

Sometimes the events will appear right after they are created, but they
will definitely disappear if you switch tabs. For example, I saw one of
the two events in July 19. But then when I clicked on 'Add-ons Manager'
tab in my screenshot to get the version info for this bug, as soon as I
went back to the calendar tab window nothing showed up.

I am thinking this could be a reason why I don't see my calendar
appointments using Microsoft Exchange plugin. They just fixed the bug
to access the Microsoft exchange, but I don't see anything when I set up
my calendar.
