Public bug reported:
Totem (gstreamer) cannot play AMR files, even if
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg,
libavcodec0d (medibuntu version),
ffmpeg (medibuntu version)
are all installed.
Note: ffplay can play AMR files for me.
