Hello Pedro, Unfortunately I see the problem again 11.04.
So the problem exists in Ubuntu 11.04. I do not why I did not see the problem yesterday. Attached is the screen shot (Picture1_New) lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 11.04 Release: 11.04 I have attached some other details that may be relevant. One more thing: The other bug: 810082. That problem is also seen. It is related to asterisk character in Tamil GNOME terminal. So this bug is also not resolved. Kindly contact me if you need more details. I like to take part in fixing this bug. I am a new person to bug reporting and fixing. What are the things I should learn to contribute in fixing? Do you have some webpage that explains to newbies? About me: I have some programming experience in C, C++, PERL, TCL, Shell. Kindly advise.
