This is not really clear cut. Perhaps the launcher appearing could be
more subtle (like similar to what happens if the cursor is placed in the
top left corner where the ghost of the launcher edges out) and then when
the user start dragging towards it it would fully appear (with the
appropriate drop points highlighted)
