SRU Justification

Impact: Sandy Bridge platforms with a small normal zone can apparently
lockup when copying from a fast I/O source to a slower I/O destination,
e.g., disk to USB stick.

Patch Description: A number of upstream changes have made accommodation
for how pages are allocated when the normal zone is exhausted.
