Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-i810

In Ubuntu feisty when the resolution of the xserver is changed (with xrandr, or
for example by quake) from 1280x800 to any other, it crashes and is restarted
by gdm.
I had 915resolution installed and activated and there was no problem like that
in edgy. After the upgrade to feisty, the problem appeared. The complete
removal of 915resolution didn't change anything. I've also tested it without
the MonitorLayout option in xorg.conf, but that also doesn't work.
Probably noticeable is, that the xserver always starts in 1280x800, even when I
remove that mode from xorg.conf.

** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-i810 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
