As far as I see this is available since Maverick, see
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=spring, although the version
is already outdated again, seeing that 2.0.9 is available in Ubuntu, but
the latest version is 3.0.5, but this is probably best handled in a
separate bug.
