Unnamed icon is gone, issue fixed with:
$ apt-cache policy unity
unity:
Installiert: 4.4.0-0ubuntu1
Kandidat: 4.4.0-0ubuntu1
Versionstabelle:

500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main amd64 Packages

Instead, now xdiagnose has no icon.
$ apt-cache policy xdiagnose
