Similar error after umount an external usb drive, having 3 of them and an SD 
card.
This is the first time I can see the log and copy it (the crash just affected 
the nautilus window); since Natty upgrade I have experienced several crashes 
but with just a text screen with no option but reboot.

Output from dmesg. I don't know exactly the information to submit, but I
hope this log is related to this bug
