Public bug reported: It would be good to have a feature to queue packages to be installed at a later time.
Use Case ----------- I want to install FooBar game. However my current WiFi connection is weak and would take a long time to download. So I tag this package as install later and when I am home. I will go to the queue panel and click 'Install Now' button.
