Just to make things more clear.. the resolution for lcd panel is correct, is 1366x768 as native resolution.. so not a issue with video drivers or monitor.
only unity components (panel fonts, launcher icons and dash) are badly painted.. looks like unity is an another layer on top of desktop and it is using a wrong "resolution" like stretched. the rest of the desktop doesn't suffer of this problem, the applications looks correctly.
