I have just detected a little difference between the problem of the related bug and mine: My mouse works but I can't interact with any window. I think the difference comes from the fact that I have "Desktop Effects" on. So I will wait till the moment the problem happens again (it happens randomly and not very often) and send you dmesg.log just after the first reboot. I'll switch the effects off in order to check if I the error is the same or not. If it is, I'll send you the result of the script you told me. Thanks for your help.
