Same here with two LUKS encrypted USB drives. I found out that a couple
of days ago I could get the drives mounted correctly under
/media/VOLUME_NAME by entering the wrong passphrase during the first and
the correct passphrase during the second attempt. But that doesn't work
anymore. After entering the correct passphrase during the first attempt
the device is created under /dev/mapper/luks_crypto...etc. However it
will not be mounted. Manually mounting /dev/mapper/luks_crpyto...etc.
works though.
