There is not information in this bug report to be able to debug this issue. I also think the original problem has been corrected for a little while: if you try a Natty Live CD session, install network-manager-vpnc and import a .pcf file, the group password should now be imported.
Any other issues (e.g. missing secrets error) is due to the fact that Network Manager needs to be restarted after installing the vpnc plugin. Past that no further restarts should be necessary. As I believe the original reported issue has been resolved, I'll close this as Fix Released. However, if you are still seeing issues, please don't hesitate to file a new bug against network-manager; using the following command: ubuntu-bug network-manager This will open a new bug and attach all the necessary debugging information so that we can find out the cause of the issue and for a developer to resolve it.
