I cannot yet recreate that issue in debug mode (and I have been running in debug mode since I posted this bug) but I found something that may be related somehow. After finishing the last song in a playlist in starts playing I don't know what song since the song title doesn't change. It's like it jumps to another directory and starts a song from there. The last 2 or 3 songs in rhythmbox-debug.txt exhibited this behavior. The strange thing is that I can get this bug to show only extremely rarely.
For example I listened to Blondie-Maria and after the song ended it started another song(I don't know which since I have a large music library and I haven't listened to them all yet). In rhythmbox-debug.txt I see Blondie-Maria as the last song played even though it wasn't. The only thing that I noticed and I may be wrong is that if I get a stutter in a song by let's say changing from a tab to another that is not in main memory in firefox (a small fraction of a second sound hitch) then this issue gets exhibited.
