- power is insufficient(usb HD. is very power consumptive) in port 8
of root-hub[2], which may cause the endless disconnect&connect
of devices 1-8, 1-8.1 and 1-8.2.

- port 2 of external hub 1-6 is disabled by hub and
mistaken configuration count which is read from device, which may
be caused by the bad cable or the bad hub.
