Chris, I have no packages laying around in my cache to help us identify where the banshee-official-plugins came from. It may have been an aritfact from an earlier upgrade that didn't go quite as planned. I'm really not sure, but what I am sure of is that there is no way I can identify the source of this package any more. Really sorry, but I purge my cache occasionally to keep the utilized space down..
