The update may have helped somewhat, I'm not positive, but it seems a tiny bit better.
On a related note, I noticed that un-checking 'Detect Refresh Rate' and raising the 'Refresh Rate' slider as high as it will go (to 200) seems to help quite a bit. These settings are found in CCSM under the Composite Plugin.It seems that things only get choppy when I move windows very far very fast.
