Just found a scenario where the above behavior could be easily replicated. Lets say we have 2 folders opened (1. external drive 2. home folder). Now we minimize one of the folder and click on the home icon in the launcher. This would bring up the workspace view where we have an option to select a window from current workspace or from other workspaces. If we click on the minimized window (which would be shown as a white window with home icon in center) to bring it front, it would not be loaded completely. One needs to drag the window to get this graphics issue corrected.
