Public bug reported:

This is just a cosmetic bug, no loss of functionality.
When connecting to a Cisco VPN, and the login is successful, the notify window 
that comes up is truncated. It simply says:
VPN Login Message
...

With an icon, but it does not say that it connected or anything. This is
in unity with the new notifications.
