I will try tomorrow (I have the computer only during week, and from 9 to
17).

The special case here is that the mouse (as the keyboard) is shared between
two computers via a "switch" :

don't think it's due to the switch, as if I reboot it works again, monitor /
keyboard and mouse switching works well, keyboard and monitors don't have
these problems, and mouse cursor always move, I just can't click anywhere
after some time. More of that, I'm pretty sure the problem was already there
before I had the switch, but I will try tomorow to remove and re-plug the
switch mouse cable.
