Although on 64bit didn't experience the issue, it installed flawless. flashplugin-installer: Installed: 10.3.183.4ubuntu3 Candidate: 10.3.183.4ubuntu3 Version table: *** 10.3.183.4ubuntu3 0
Changelog of nspluginwrapper actually says < don't fail installation if one of the plugins failed to refresh > http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/multiverse/n/nspluginwrapper/nspluginwrapper_1.4.4-0ubuntu3/changelog Did all updates and dist-upgrade but nspluginwrapper is still pending here and doesn't get installed. Here in dpkg.cfg.d there is no multiarch file and suggested cmd did nothing, it just says no permission. https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2011-August/000886.html -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/829182 Title: package flashplugin-installer 10.3.183.4ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: nspluginwrapper: no appropriate viewer found for /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flashplugin-nonfree/+bug/829182/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
