Intrepid is no longer supported, please upgrade to a supported release.
If it is still a problem run the following command on a terminal too provide
some usefull information about the printing setup on your system:
apport-collect -p cups 518845
Also provide your cups error_log, with debugging enabled, after trying to print
something as described here:
