Public bug reported: The "Drag items by tapping the toutchpad and then immediately touching it again" checkbox in the KDE System Settings under Input Devices->Touchpad->Tapping no longer works. It used to work as advertised, but it stopped some time ago after an update (I forget if it was a new version of KDE, Kubuntu, or just the package). All other touchpad functions I use work normally.
