This looks very similar to the following: http://us.generation-

It looks like somehow you managed to get the wireshark group as a user
group rather than a system group. Removing the wireshark group manually
should allow the package purge to finish normally.

The post-removal script ought to handle this safely, but this isn't
something that will show up unless you've been playing with groups on
your machine already.

I'll reproduce and then check upstream next time I have a few minutes to
spare (probably this weekend).
